When will my order be shipped?
Pre-orders will be shipped within 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
• UK Free Letterbox Delivery: 2-3 working days (untracked).
• EU Free Letterbox Delivery: 3-5 working days (untracked).
• US Letterbox Delivery (£1.99): 6-7 working days (untracked).
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery with tracking.

Can I add gift packaging to my order?
Yes, you can! Select gift packaging at checkout to elevate your unboxing experience. Gift packaging can be applied to any shipping method, with slight variations depending on the parcel size.
Although, there's no need to worry about that with our first launch as gift packaging is automatically included on us!
Can I track my order?
Tracking is only available for express shipping. If you’ve selected this option, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 working days at info@withaura.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What materials are your beauty pouches made from?
Our pouches are crafted with premium materials, including a waterproof lining and an inside pocket for added functionality. They’re designed to be wiped clean.
We do not recommend machine washing your pouch. However if you choose to do so, it will be at your own risk. We recommend you to use a gentle cycle and a wash bag. *at your own risk.
Will products be restocked?
Some products will be restocked, but others may be limited edition. Subscribe to our email list to be notified of restocks and exclusive drops.
Can I make changes to my order?
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. If you’ve made an error, email us immediately at info@withaura.co.uk with the subject line 'INCORRECT ORDER', and we’ll try to help.
Do I need an account to shop?
No, but creating an account allows you to earn Aura Points for every purchase, which can be redeemed for future discounts.
